Why voice chat?
Text is fine, but voice is where the hangout feeling actually happens. Mallu Club has open voice channels where people drop in to chat about nothing in particular — work, movies, Kerala news, Gulf life, memes. It's casual. You don't need a reason to join.
When is it active?
Busiest times are usually evening and night — Kerala time (IST) and Gulf time overlap nicely, so you'll often find people on after work or school. Weekends tend to run longer. Someone is usually around in text channels even when voice is quiet.
Do I have to talk?
No. You can listen first, stay muted, or just hang in text channels. Most people are friendly to newcomers — say hi when you're ready. No one expects you to perform or stay for hours.
